One of the benefits of workshops or seminars i have seen and experienced is that, you get to, learn in a new space, meet experts and influencers face to face, network and learn new ideas that will make you more effective and efficient in what you do.

This workshop is specially made for guitarists from zero levels to advanced levels, that means that even if you are an aspiring guitarist or still in your early stages of learning, this event is meant for you! All music lovers and musicians are also welcome. You will get an opportunity to learn mingle, discuss and have fun.

"We are honored to announce to you that we are going to be having two main guest artists and presenters the first one being Clive Mono Mukundu. He is Zimbabwe's finest award winning guitarist and producer popularly know as Mono or Gwenya Gitare in the Shona dialect."
"Mono is going to be sharing several years worth of experience as a professional guitarist, artist & producer. He is one of the most recorded artist in Zimbabwe, having featured in over 700 local and international albums. He has played the guitar at a number of international music festivals around the world and has virtually played for all the country's music legends including Oliver Mtukudzi, Thomas Mapfumo and Andy Brown among many others. Mono is currently still playing guitar and producing records for different artists at his Record Label called Monolio Studios," said the host Chido Mutambira.

Josh Meck will be the second guest presenter. Josh is one of the best jazz bassist and artist in the country. He is also a song writer. Josh has played bass guitar for renowned local and international musicians such as Chiwoniso Maraire, Victor Kunonga, Tanga wekwa Sando, German based jazz star Max Wild and others. He has also performed at various local and international festivals and this has allowed to befit a lot from these musicians thus adding value to his music career.

Adiona Chidzonga Scoops International Award

Zimbabwean singer Adiona Maboreke-Chidzonga recently scooped the The Best Upcoming Talent of 2017 award at the 3rd Annual African Entertainment Awards USA at a red carpet ceremony held on October 21 at the Cicely Tyson Centre in New Jersey City, New Jersey. Adiona was nominated for The Best Upcoming Talent of 2017. The voting for the award was closed on the 16th October 2017. The former Big Brother Housemate Munya Chidzonga’s wife took the Awards ceremony by storm, winning the voting process by a massive margin of over 60%. Not satisfied with just winning an award, Adiona gave the performance of a lifetime bringing the house down with her single “Million”.
